  • As Senior UX Researcher, I conducted foundational qualitative research and concept testing to launch our company's patient care app. I continue to work with product and design teams to develop and test new features.

    Additionally, I established our company's UX research practice by developing research materials and templates to guide cross-functional team members.

  • I was a research analyst in the Sarkar Lab at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and S.O.L.V.E. Health Tech. Research topic areas included usability of a wearable sleep device, patient reported outcome measures, healthcare quality measures analysis, and health equity.

  • Community Health Researcher (Internship)

    Developed an internal web-based economic opportunity tool-kit featuring case studies and worksheets to facilitate the replication of successful high-impact hiring strategies across 8 regions in 7 states. 

  • I graduated with an Master's of Public Health, specializing in Health Behavior from the Gillings School of Global Public Heath at UNC Chapel Hill in North Carolina.

  • As a research consultant, I adapted and tested a patient engagement tool: question prompt list, for ambulatory care use in collaboration with four other consultants, two clinician leads and a patient advisory council.
